Refund and Exchange Policy
No ticket exchanges or refunds are done on the day of the show. Other exchanges and refunds can be made by contacting the box office.
The are no refunds if you arrive after the posted curtain time.

General Policies
BOX OFFICE: The box office opens 1 hour prior to show time; doors open 30 minutes before show time.
NO LATE SEATING: For the safety of our cast and crew, late seating will not be allowed after the posted curtain time. Please allow time to arrive, pick up your tickets (if needed) or show your tickets at the door, and find your seat prior to curtain.
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO RECORDING: Video recording of this performance is strictly prohibited due to our licensing agreements. Photos and phones must be turned off an put away during the performance for the enjoyment of all of our patrons.
EATING AND DRINKING: Eating and drinking is permitted inside the Franklin High School Black Box only, no food or drink is allowed inside the Cosumnes Oaks Performing Arts Center.
INTERMISSION PRE-SALE: For your convenience, intermission snacks can be pre-ordered for certain shows when purchasing your ticket for easy pick up during intermission. See our box office staff to redeem your voucher when you arrive.
INTERMISSION: There will be one 15 minute intermission.
PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES: Franklin High School welcomes those with disabilities to participate fully in the programs, services and activities offered to students, parents, guardians and members of the public. If you need a disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services, to participate in any program, service or activity offered to you, please contact Mr Harrigan, Vice Principal, at least 48 hours before the scheduled event so that we may make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all shows, please review the seating chart for more information [Government Code Section 54953.2; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 202 (42 U.S.C.
